Route Deviation Service

PVTA provides a route deviation service on regular route services. We will pick you up and drop you off at locations within three-fourths of a mile of the regular route. To receive this service, make a reservation by the end of the business day prior to the day you wish to travel. Business hours are 5:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If the PVTA office is closed, you can make a request for route deviation service by leaving a message on our telephone system. If you choose to leave a message, please be specific on the deviation service you want us to provide and give us contact information in your message including your name and phone number.

All reservations must be made with the PVTA office. You can make your reservation by calling (304) 257-1414 or in Keyser (304)788-8071.

No service deviation is available for "Work Route" transportation. This is typically routes between Keyser, Cumberland, Wiley Ford, Moorefield, Romney, Petersburg, and destinations along the way to Pilgrim's in Moorefield, WV or Trex in Winchester, VA.
