PVTA provides a route deviation service on all of our regular routes. We will pick you up and drop you off at locations within three fourths of a mile of the regular route. All PVTA vehicles are lift equipped for the convenience of disabled individuals. To receive this service you must make a reservation no later than the end of the business day prior to the day you wish to travel. Business hours are 4:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

All reservations must be made with the PVTA office. You can make your reservation by calling (304) 257-1414 or toll free (800) 565-7240. Those using this special service will be charged a fare equal to twice the regular fare less any discounts which may apply.
